James Cabins #2 w/HOT TUB! No Cleaning Fees

One of four cute cabins located right in the heart of the village. Outside is so charming and the inside is cozy and clean. There is a double bed, shower, kitchenette and small seating area in the front of the cabin and communal hot tub in the back yard (one friendly dog permitted) The cabin is located right in the heart of the village. There are a total of four small cabins nestled on the lot. The outside area is so charming and the inside of the cabin is cozy and clean. There is a double bed, shower, kitchenette with toaster, range top, coffee & tea, and small refrigerator and plates, silverware, pots/pans and glassware in a studio layout. No oven or microwave. You should have everything you need to cook a full meal. There is a small area in front of the cabin for picnicking and lounging in the sun. You have full access to your private cabin as well as a small semi-private outdoor area. There is a communal backyard with a fire pit and Hot Tub. Over the winter the back yard is more of a snow mound but we provide shovels and some wood if you're adventurous and would like to roast marshmallows. We live off the guest cabins property so we come and go but respond quickly to any phone calls or messages and strive to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. We provide you with the access code to your door to check yourself in. We are happy to speak over the phone prior to your arrival or during your stay if you need anything at all. Grand Lake is Colorado's largest natural lake and the town has great appeal being 2.5 mi from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. You can walk to many restaurants and shops all from one block away. We are right across the street from the village park/playground. There are covered picnic areas and many of the town events are held at the park. Grand Lake hosts tons of great events and tons of outdoor recreation! Snowmobiling is popular in the winter with many nearby trails. Greyhound services Grand Lake and there is a seasonal tourist company that does drives through RMNP. Once you are at our cabins you can walk the entire town. Grand Lake is known as The snowmobiling capital of Colorado! Snowmobile rentals are available blocks away and snowmobile parking is available at our cabins! *** NOTE: Trail Ridge Road is closed through from Estes Park over the winter. Check with RMNP website or call to see if the road is open if you plan to drive to Grand Lake during Fall or Spring. We've just purchased this property and are so excited to share it with our guests. The property has a hobbit like feel with trees, stone walkways, and cabins all nestled in a charming location.
